Serving both Thai and foreign clients in Thai, English, and Mandarin, the Information Counter’s services will include as power bank for smartphone charging, wheelchairs, baby strollers, free shuttle bus schedule, lost and found, and currency exchange.
- TOURIST REGISTRATION
Registered tourists will receive special privileges including tourist discounts from participating brands, free Wi-Fi, real-time flight information (from concierge), and more.
- REDEMPTION
The 1 and The 1 Tourist members can redeem their privileges at the information Center. The 1 Tourist membership applications will also be available for new members.
